Packaging Planning

Customizing Packaging Materials
We use a variety of high-quality packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, foam, and shrink wrap. If customers have special requests regarding materials or designs, we are always ready to meet them to ensure the product is best protected. Packaging is just one of the stages in Á Đông’s product manufacturing process, so depending on the structure and material of each product, we will choose suitable materials.
Detailed Packaging Process
After completing the final production steps, including painting and quality inspection, each product will be carefully handled before packaging:
- Product Quality Check: Before packaging, we conduct thorough inspections to ensure the product is perfect.
- Product Wrapping: We use protective materials like foam to minimize the risk of damage.
- Placing in Boxes: Products will be placed in reinforced cardboard boxes to ensure safety during transportation.
- Pallet: Depending on customer requirements, pallets may or may not be used. For customers requesting palletizing, we will calculate accordingly to ensure stacking on the pallet does not affect the products.
Labeling
Each box will be clearly labeled with product information and barcodes, facilitating easy tracking of shipments during transportation.
Meeting Special Requirements
