Sheet Metal Forming
Sheet metal forming, also known as metal bending, involves a combination of processes used to stretch or bend metal into complex shapes without compromising its strength and structural integrity. 
By reshaping steel or aluminum, we can bend materials into various profiles with less material usage compared to alternative manufacturing methods.
Our Metal Forming Process
This process is applied to most of our products at A Dong. With large-scale machinery and automated control systems, we ensure top performance, high precision, and productivity. Angle calibration and monitoring systems ensure that each part is formed accurately from the very first bend.
Our metal forming division specializes in precision CNC bending and pressing, utilizing modern equipment to shape metal sheets into desired forms and angles. We are fully equipped to handle both simple and complex metal shapes with high repeatability, delivering consistent, high-quality results across projects.
We are capable of working with metal sheets up to 4 meters in length and 10mm in thickness, depending on the material. With CNC-controlled hydraulic presses, we maintain tight tolerances and achieve accurate bends along the full length of the sheet.
Our advanced machinery, operated by skilled technicians and backed by rigorous quality control, ensures precise, uniform bends and a premium surface finish for all components. Our team also works closely with clients to find the most effective forming solutions for their needs.
